Concierge Addiction Nursing Services

A concierge Addiction Nurse provides private and discreet nursing care as it relates to detox and recovery of the whole person, using a medical as well as a holistic approach. Some services offered include at home detox support, recovery and motivational coaching and support, sober companion, appointment companion, IV rehydration and MAT injections such as Vivitrol and Sublocade.

When privacy is of the utmost importance special accommodations can be made to maintain confidentiality, such as aliases used with pharmacies, blood work, and referral documents.

At Home Detox Support

Clients are provided private, highly personal, and confidential detox care in the comfort of their home, office or other setting- outside of a traditional doctor’s office or medical center- such as a hotel on a "vacation/business trip".  When the demands of career and family life still need to remain a priority Addiction Nurse Concierge services can give you the help that is needed while maintaining responsibilities and confidentiality. At home detox provides those clients with uncomplicated and minimal withdrawal symptoms the option to detox comfortably and confidentially with private nursing support and doctor supervision.

Sober Nurse Companion

Making the choice to enter treatment is the first step, getting there is the next and extra support is often needed. An addiction nurse sober companion can provide emotional and medical support in the most critical times- before treatment begins and immediately after it finishes. Using a sober companion assures that the client gets to their destination, and is admitted into treatment- which can sometimes take over 4-5 hours. They can also assist during discharge:  obtaining discharge medications, acts as a companion and sober support during lengthy trips and can assist in managing travel related delays or last-minute itinerary changes. Sober transportation can also be used to assist the client with court dates, funerals, business meetings and other events.

Social events (weddings, business parties, business meetings or networking events) can be a trigger for relapse in early recovery. Having a trusted support person tag along can provide the much needed emotional and physical support to maintain sobriety at a vulnerable time.

Recovery and Wellness Coaching

Recovery happens on a continuum, it is not an event, but a life long journey. An addiction nurse recovery coach provides the needed additional support, especially during early sobriety. An addiction nurse recovery coach can serve as a client advocate- especially during the early stages of treatment which can often times be difficult for families and clients to navigate. Addiction Nurse Recovery coaches also act as a guide to provide referrals to  treatment programs and a supportive mentor. Their job is to not only help their client stay sober but cultivate a life that is meaningful. Studies have shown that the additional support can lead to reduced relapses, reduced hospitalizations, improved access to help & improved accountability. To maintain sobriety recovery coaches help clients identify triggers, utilize personalized coping strategies, find resources and referrals and help make decisions supporting their sobriety and new life in recovery. Recovery coaches also provide accountability in helping clients reach their goals and improve their health.

Recovery Coaching packages are highly personalized and customized to each specific client. Packages are tier based and progress accordingly as time and sobriety increase.
